For change-of-mind returns, you pay return postage; original shipping is nonrefundable and a 20% restocking fee applies to the merchandise price, excluding shipping and tax. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection; bank processing may take longer.

Return terms for this item
Request return authorization from Smile at Home within 30 days of delivery by emailing admin@smileathome.net. Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging; textiles must be unwashed with tags attached.
For a change-of-mind return, a restocking fee of 20% of the returned merchandise price (excluding tax and shipping) applies. You pay return postage, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, there is no restocking fee and no return-postage cost once confirmed. Please contact us promptly, preferably within 3 days of delivery, with photos. This request helps us resolve the issue quickly and does not limit your legal rights.
Send returns only using the return instructions Smile at Home provides after approval; do not send items to an address found on packaging or elsewhere. Refunds are normally issued within an estimated 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return, plus your bank's posting time.
