Returns
Request authorization within 30 days of delivery at admin@smileathome.net. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging; textiles must be unwashed with tags attached. Change-of-mind returns have a 20% restocking fee on the returned merchandise price, excluding tax and shipping. You pay return postage, and original shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Confirmed faulty, damaged or incorrect items have no restocking or return-postage fees. Please contact us promptly, preferably within 3 days of delivery, with photos. This request is not a cutoff and does not limit your legal rights. Use only the approved return instructions Smile at Home provides; do not contact the supplier or send an item to an address found on packaging or elsewhere.
Refunds are estimated within 5–7 business days after receipt and inspection, plus your bank's posting time. The terms in effect when you placed your order continue to apply to that order. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
