Care and storage
Carbon steel needs extra care to help prevent rust. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry immediately with a soft cloth. Do not air dry or put in the dishwasher. Apply a light coat of food-grade mineral oil periodically, and hone regularly.
Store securely with the blades protected and out of children’s reach. Intended for food preparation.
